State the problem clearly so we can actually handle it
Email us directly if you’ve found an error, have primary research to contribute, suggest a topic, or want to discuss partnerships. If you have account issues with an exchange, card, or wallet, we’re not product support—but we can point you to the right official channel.
01 / Routing
Choose what you need first
All messages go to one inbox, but subject lines and what we need differ. Getting the type right saves a back-and-forth.
Errors, outdated info, or broken links
Include the article URL, problem section, what seems wrong, and a publicly verifiable official source to check against.
Good for:Fees, eligibility, regional restrictions, product names, dates, links, or screenshots that have changed.
Teaching gaps, topic ideas, and content suggestions
Tell us your country or region, use case, and which step is unclear. If you’re suggesting a new topic, include the product’s official site.
Good for:An explanation is unclear, a step is missing, or you want deeper research on a cross-border finance tool.
Brand, media, interview, and content partnerships
Explain who you represent, their official URL, target markets, what content you want, timeline, and business terms.
Be clear upfront:Paid or affiliate partnerships don’t guarantee publication, positive conclusions, or acceptance of unverified product claims.
Data rights, copyright, security, and site features
Include the relevant page, issue type, and necessary evidence. For security issues, describe what you can reproduce—don’t send login credentials or account-takeover data.
Good for:Data rights, content licensing, attribution errors, malicious pages, broken links, or feature bugs.
02 / A useful message
A message we can understand at a glance should have this info
Tone doesn’t need to be formal, and we don’t need your full account history. The key is telling us: which page, which sentence, under what conditions, and what went wrong.
Page URL
Paste the URL of our article or policy page; if it’s a product suggestion, also include the product’s official site.
Specific location
Point to a heading, table row, step, or image—not just ‘the whole thing is wrong.’
What you saw
Describe what you expected, what actually happened, and the order of events. For site issues, include your browser or device type.
Date and region
Cross-border products vary by where you live, app version, and timing. Share the relevant location—no full address needed.
Publicly verifiable source
Official announcements, Help Center pages, terms, or regulator pages are best. Social posts can be clues, but keep the original link.
Redacted screenshots
If a screenshot helps, first redact your name, account, ID, address, balance, wallet address, and QR codes.
03 / Boundaries
Here’s what we can do—and what we can’t
KK Investing is an independent content site, not support for any exchange, card, bank, wallet, or VPN. This boundary keeps you from sending sensitive data to the wrong place and stops real issues from being delayed.
What we can handle
- Verify facts, dates, links, and sources in our articles.
- Fix errors or add context about restrictions, regions, and evidence level.
- Clarify what our guides cover and which steps need better explanation.
- Assess topic ideas, reader feedback, interviews, and partnership proposals.
- Address our privacy, copyright, attribution, and feature issues.
What we can’t do
- We can’t do your KYC, unfreeze accounts, recover funds, or speed up withdrawals.
- We can’t log into your account and won’t ask for seed phrases, private keys, or OTP codes.
- We can’t promise approvals, refunds, deposits, or customer support outcomes on behalf of products.
- We don’t give personalized investment, legal, or tax advice.
- Partnerships, payment, or pressure won’t guarantee publication or positive coverage.
Who to contact for account issues
If it’s about login, KYC, frozen accounts, withdrawals, refunds, fraud, or card transactions, go directly to the product’s official support in their website or app. Emailing us can help us spot article gaps, but it won’t replace the product’s account access and investigation process.
04 / What happens next
How we handle your message after we receive it
Not every email gets the same treatment. Content corrections go back to sources, site issues need reproducing, partnerships need scope and relationship clarity first.
Route
We first sort by whether it’s a content correction, reader question, partnership, privacy/copyright, site feature, or account issue for the product’s team.
Verify
When we need to verify facts, we check our article text, dates, official sources, and your evidence. If something’s missing, we may ask for one key piece of info.
Act
We fix content, add clarification, route to the right policy process, tell you what we can do, or point you to the official channel you actually need.
We don’t promise priority treatment for ‘urgent’ labels or response times in a set number of days. If it’s asset security, account theft, or ongoing fraud, contact the product’s official channel, their security team, your bank, or local law enforcement/professional support right away—don’t wait for media to reply.
05 / Partnerships
Be clear about who you are and what you want
If you represent a brand, agency, PR firm, research group, or media outlet, don’t just send marketing copy and a signup link. Tell us the product, target market, partnership type, and business terms so we can decide if it’s worth exploring.
We’ll follow our Editorial Policy to verify facts. If there’s commission, sponsorship, free products, or other benefits, we’ll follow our Affiliate Disclosure to label them. Partnerships don’t waive restrictions, risks, or unsuitable contexts.
- Who you areCompany or organization name, your role, and a verifiable official domain.
- What you want to doInterview, data sharing, content partnership, advertising, affiliate, or other.
- Who and whereWhere the product works, languages you’re targeting, and reader profile.
- Timeline and deliverablesYour deadline, what content, review boundaries, and required disclosures.

Before you email, you might find answers here
If you’re asking ‘who writes this, how do you verify, how do corrections work, how is data handled, or does money influence content,’ the answers are usually on our policy pages.
